Director of Demand Generation

 

Elisity is seeking a strategic Director of Demand Generation to drive our marketing efforts and fuel business growth. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, oversee lead acquisition campaigns, and optimize our marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs in a B2B SaaS environment, with expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and familiarity with platforms such as 6sense.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with our business objectives, target markets, and buyer personas, incorporating ABM best practices.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, from lead acquisition to nurturing and qualification, ensuring a seamless journey for prospects.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, content syndication, events, webinars, and other channels, leveraging ABM tactics to target high-value accounts.
    Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content assets that engage prospects and drive conversions at each stage of the funnel, tailored to specific target accounts and personas.
  • Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Writer, to enhance and scale content creation for demand generation campaigns, such as ad copy, email nurturing sequences, and social media posts.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to build and manage lead nurturing programs, lead scoring models, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Utilize ABM platforms like 6sense to identify and prioritize target accounts, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and measure engagement and impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI, using data-driven insights to continually optimize demand generation efforts and refine ABM strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads and coordinated ABM plays.
  • Manage and mentor a team of demand generation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest demand generation trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the realm of ABM, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation roles, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity company, with a strong background in ABM.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth, leveraging ABM strategies.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel lead acquisition strategies, including paid media, content syndication, events, and webinars, with an understanding of how to adapt these tactics for ABM.
  • Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Writer, to enhance and scale content creation for demand generation campaigns, such as ad copy, email nurturing sequences, and social media posts.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics), as well as ABM platforms like 6sense.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage a high-performing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions to target audiences.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with buyers, differentiates our products from competitors, and aligns with our overall brand narrative.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market trends, key differentiators, and opportunities for product differentiation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity startup.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Writer, or similar, to enable rapid development of high-quality content and streamline content creation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and positioning frameworks.
  • Experience creating a wide range of content formats, including product collateral, white papers, case studies, and blog posts.

Machine Learning Data Engineer

In this dynamic role you'll be responsible for turning our data into features and taking care how we use it throughout the machine learning project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to switch between data science related roles as needed to support our evolving needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain seamless data ETL pipelines.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Data Scientists to understand model requirements.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain insights towards feature engineering.
  • Work closely with DevOps team to prepare required MLOps building blocks.
  • Monitor data trends and quality to react on data drift or identify new use-case pattern.

Devops Engineer

Elisity is looking for a versatile DevOps Engineer to join the startup team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks spanning infrastructure management, continuous delivery pipelines, monitoring systems, and internal developer platform operations.   • Supervise upgrades and manage continuous delivery pipelines across our tech stack, including Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and define new metrics and KPIs to track system health and performance.
  • Operate and maintain internal developer platforms managed by Ansible-based automation frameworks, ensuring efficient software development and deployment workflows.
  • Manage AWS services utilized within the internal developer platform, configuring and optimizing them to meet the needs of our development teams.
  • Maintain infrastructure health with optimal performance.  Execute proactive maintenance tasks and  troubleshoot issues while maintaining security compliance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration/delivery, and monitoring/logging.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ArgoCD, Grafana, Loki, Datadog and Prometheus.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and switch between roles as needed to support our startup's evolving needs.
