Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience in C/C++, or Python.
- Experience with design, develop, and deliver software features and capabilities in an enterprise cloud-defined network software platform.
- Experience with networking, security, distributed systems, and/or system-level programming. Ability to deliver results in a short time and experience working in fast-paced, high growth tech companies.
- Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start-up environments.

The mission of the Data Science team at Elisity is to leverage state-of-art ML and AI technologies to build the next-generation Enterprise security solution, which can take actions on behalf of or together with human experts to automatically monitor, detect and remediate common security issues. The team includes a group of experienced and talented data scientists and data science engineers, and builds the end-to-end data analytics infrastructure and ML models of the product. We are looking for a Data engineer to help define and expand this mission. As a data engineer, you will collaborate with product managers and domain experts to identify use-impacting real customer problems, use your deep ML knowledge to develop data-driven solution with terabytes data, and implement/scale the models in production.
Requirements

- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math or equivalent fields with strong mathematical background
- Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including clustering, anomaly detection, optimization, neural network etc
- 3+ years experiences building data science-driven solutions including data collection, feature selection, model training, post-deployment validation
- Strong hands-on coding skills (preferably in Python) processing large-scale data set and developing machine learning models • Familiar with one or more machine learning or statistical modeling tools such as Numpy, ScikitLearn, MLlib, Tensorflow

We need our QA engineers to completely understand and emulate Enterprise Network/Cloud environments and push the development team to deliver quality products. We are looking for Senior Software QA Engineers who see the big picture of where public-cloud and security is headed and wants to be at the forefront of a new era of enterprise security buildout.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to gather requirements and understand the business case and workflow
- Work closely with other engineers, test, and customer engineers to deliver a high-quality product.
- Provide “hands-on” support for the customers when needed to solve production issues.
- Bring solutions to the leadership team, feedback on solutions recommended.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 plus years software QA development experience in large-scale commercial software.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.
Responsibilities
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base

Technical Marketing Engineer

The Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) is a technologist who works as a part of the product marketing team. The TME will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that the products that we bring to the market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements.
The TME must be a technical expert. The TME must have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiators of a product and also work with the Product Management teams to continually improve the products.
Responsibilities
- Create design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos, and demonstrations for our security solutions and products.
- Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our solutions and products.
- Support sales and marketing efforts as required. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
- Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences, and Technical Sales Training or Channel Partner Training activities.
- Respond to customer or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required.
- Develop market and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally
- Lead UX development conversations and be well versed in modern UX technologies and development processes
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
