Director of Channel Development

We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking, goal-driven Director of Channel Development to join our team at Elisity. The perfect fit for this role will have a robust background in crafting and executing channel strategies, paired with the ability to forge and foster lasting relationships with vital partners and distributors. The responsibility of driving revenue growth, devising channel strategies in sync with our corporate vision, and ensuring partner satisfaction will rest with this key role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and implement channel strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Discover, recruit, and bring on board new partners, expanding and diversifying the channel portfolio.
  • Build and maintain rapport with essential channel partners, including continuous communication, support, and relationship nurturing.
  • Set channel sales goals, monitor achievements, and present regular performance evaluations to leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing to create engaging content and offers tailored for channel partners.
  • Conduct training programs to ensure partners' thorough understanding of Elisity's offerings.
  • Analyze market movements and competitors to maintain Elisity's competitive edge.
  • Gather feedback from partners and provide insights to Product and Development Teams for continuous improvement.
  • Address any channel conflicts swiftly, leveraging cross-functional teams to find resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Established background in channel sales or partner relationship management, especially within the tech sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record in finalizing agreements with channel partners.
  • Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing relationship-building capabilities.
  • A focus on results, paired with adaptability to a dynamic work atmosphere.
  • A minimum of 8+ years in channel development or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other tools to monitor channel performance.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in guiding and inspiring teams.
