James Winebrenner has been Elisity’s chief executive officer since 2020. He was SVP of worldwide sales at Aviatrix and ran worldwide sales at Viptela from before launch through its 2017 sale to Cisco. Earlier he spent nearly eight years at Cisco and four years at Check Point in security and technical marketing engineering.

Michal Garcarz became Elisity’s chief technology officer in July 2026, three years after joining the engineering team. He spent 11 years at Cisco, as technical leader of the EMEA security operations center and later of machine learning engineering. Michal holds three CCIE certifications and 28 US patents.

Pete Doolittle owns what happens after a customer signs, from deployment through renewal. He joined Elisity in April 2021 as chief strategy officer and became chief customer officer in 2025. Pete ran Americas sales at Extreme Networks and spent over a decade at Cisco, including SD-WAN sales and product architectures at Meraki.

Brent Colwell has led Elisity’s product since June 2023, after two and a half years running its systems engineering team. He was previously director of SD-WAN systems engineering at Cisco, a senior systems engineer at Viptela, and a Cisco technical solutions architect for eight years.

Charlie Treadwell has been Elisity’s chief marketing officer since November 2020, running brand, demand generation, and digital experience. He was CMO and then CRO at Vantage Mobility and spent nine years in marketing roles at Cisco.

Brian Thompson has been Elisity’s chief operating officer since March 2021. He led worldwide field operations at Aviatrix and spent 13 years at Cisco, where he directed worldwide enterprise networking sales. Brian began his career in finance at EchoStar and then Liberty Media.

Chris Thomas has run Elisity’s sales organization since January 2025. He spent nine years at Darktrace, finishing as global vice president of industrial go-to-market and, before that, as technical director and principal OT specialist. Chris came to sales leadership from the engineering side.

Sabrina Sirianni leads business development at Elisity, focusing on strategic partnerships, executive relationships and go-to-market strategy. She works with Fortune 500 leaders and industry partners to expand Elisity’s reach. Sabrina also advocates for workplace equality and greater participation by women in cybersecurity.

Mike Chomicz leads Elisity’s engineering organization and also serves as its chief information security officer. He joined in April 2023 as a distinguished engineer after ten years at Cisco as a network consulting engineer, solutions architect, and software architect. Mike is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #36817).

Brittney Ames joined Elisity in July 2025 to lead strategic alliances and partner go-to-market. She was director of cloud go-to-market at Cohesity, ran hyperscaler partnerships and served as chief of staff at VMware, and spent two years on cloud go-to-market strategy and operations at Aviatrix.

Dan Demers has led Elisity’s field engineering team since February 2023. He joined in February 2022 as a principal solutions architect, after seven years at Cisco as a network consulting engineer, systems engineer, and technical solutions architect.

Ester Nespoli joined Elisity in May 2023 as executive assistant to the CEO and became chief of staff in January 2024. She supported a Cisco vice president for nearly six years before that, and spent two and a half years at Viptela. Earlier she ran HR and office operations for East African Ministries in Juba, South Sudan.
