Machine Learning Data Scientist

Elisity is seeking talented and motivated data professionals to join the startup team. You will shape how our products take advantage of the latest data science and machine learning findings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively to transform business problems into ML project goals.
  • Exploratory analysis of raw data and engineered features to get underlying patterns and trends.
  • Prototype features and models - i.e. based on networking traffic and property-graph inputs.
  • Design, develop and deploy machine learning models i.e.: classification and clustering, changes recommendation.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and robustness.
  • Explore potential impact of emerging AI/ML techniques (GraphRAGs, Multimodal AI, AI Agents) on our products.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, as well as libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Hands on deploying and maintaining ML models at industrial scale.
    Stay current with selected advancements in machine learning research and cutting-edge techniques.
  • Graph data science and property-graphs experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IP based network protocols and architectures is a plus.
  • Startup experience or a strong entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.

Devops Engineer

Elisity is looking for a versatile DevOps Engineer to join the startup team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks spanning infrastructure management, continuous delivery pipelines, monitoring systems, and internal developer platform operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to jump into various roles as needed to support our evolving needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise upgrades and manage continuous delivery pipelines across our tech stack, including Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and define new metrics and KPIs to track system health and performance.
  • Operate and maintain internal developer platforms managed by Ansible-based automation frameworks, ensuring efficient software development and deployment workflows.
  • Manage AWS services utilized within the internal developer platform, configuring and optimizing them to meet the needs of our development teams.
  • Maintain infrastructure health with optimal performance.  Execute proactive maintenance tasks and  troubleshoot issues while maintaining security compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical support, and implement solutions that support our business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration/delivery, and monitoring/logging.

Director of Demand Generation

Elisity is seeking a strategic Director of Demand Generation to drive our marketing efforts and fuel business growth. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, oversee lead acquisition campaigns, and optimize our marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs in a B2B SaaS environment, with expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and familiarity with platforms such as 6sense.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with our business objectives, target markets, and buyer personas, incorporating ABM best practices.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, from lead acquisition to nurturing and qualification, ensuring a seamless journey for prospects.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, content syndication, events, webinars, and other channels, leveraging ABM tactics to target high-value accounts.
    Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content assets that engage prospects and drive conversions at each stage of the funnel, tailored to specific target accounts and personas.
  • Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Writer, to enhance and scale content creation for demand generation campaigns, such as ad copy, email nurturing sequences, and social media posts.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to build and manage lead nurturing programs, lead scoring models, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Utilize ABM platforms like 6sense to identify and prioritize target accounts, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and measure engagement and impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI, using data-driven insights to continually optimize demand generation efforts and refine ABM strategies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads and coordinated ABM plays.
  • Manage and mentor a team of demand generation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest demand generation trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the realm of ABM, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation roles, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity company, with a strong background in ABM.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth, leveraging ABM strategies.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel lead acquisition strategies, including paid media, content syndication, events, and webinars, with an understanding of how to adapt these tactics for ABM.
  • Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Writer, to enhance and scale content creation for demand generation campaigns, such as ad copy, email nurturing sequences, and social media posts.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics), as well as ABM platforms like 6sense.

Support Engineer

Elisity is looking for a versatile Software Support Engineer in Krakow, Poland, to join the startup team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for managing and troubleshooting incoming issues from enterprise customers, producing documentation for internal and external use, and working closely with Engineering to improve our products supportability. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to jump into various roles as needed to support our evolving needs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Support global customers and pre-sales activity, over the phone, through web sessions, and through chat and email.  
  • Live troubleshooting in pre-sales, pre-production, and production environments. 
  • Offline analysis and escalation of support cases. 
  • Maintenance of the Elisity knowledge base and assisting with the development of the customer portal. 
  • Assist with pro-active monitoring of cloud infrastructure. 

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in supporting Enterprise software installations. 
  • Experience in troubleshooting Linux, Unix installations. 
  • Experience in managing network and firewall equipment. 
  • Experience in supporting network security products. 
  • Experience in supporting Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes).
