Elisity is a verified participant in Anthropic’s Cyber Verification Program, and the first microsegmentation vendor to announce its participation.
Anthropic restricts its most capable models from high-risk cybersecurity tasks by default. The Cyber Verification Program is the application-based review that governs access to those capabilities for defensive security work. An organization submits how it intends to use the models for defense, Anthropic reviews those use cases, and on verification the default restrictions are adjusted, scoped to that organization and the uses it declared.
Participation gives Elisity’s security team reviewed access to frontier AI for defensive work that is otherwise restricted by default. The program currently applies to Anthropic’s most capable models, and Anthropic has said its goal is to extend more capable defensive AI to more organizations as safeguards mature. Access is scoped to the uses Elisity declared.
Elisity applies that access to its own systems, directing the same class of frontier AI an adversary might use at Elisity’s own code and platform. Elisity’s security team conducts vulnerability research against the Elisity codebase and runs penetration tests against the Elisity platform, identifying weaknesses so they can be remediated before an adversary could reach them. This is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time audit.
The program covers Elisity’s internal defensive use of these models on its own code and systems. It is not a review or endorsement of the Elisity product, and it is not a partnership with Anthropic. Elisity Intelligence runs on private, single-tenant large language models, and customer data remains within the customer’s environment.
Verified participation places Elisity among the organizations cleared to apply frontier AI to defensive security, using the most capable models available to harden the platform its customers depend on.
